We could simply show up on your wedding morning and capture beautiful images—but exceptional isn't built on "simply." Our bespoke approach requires thoughtful planning that transforms good photography into extraordinary storytelling. After you book, we schedule an in-depth planning meeting that builds on our initial consultation, diving deep into the details that make your celebration uniquely yours. We time this conversation perfectly—after your vision has taken shape but before final timelines are locked—so we can collaborate on the best photo and video strategy for your day.
This isn't just timeline planning; it's understanding your aesthetic values, cultural traditions, and family dynamics. We want to see images that inspire you, hear about film elements you've loved, and learn about any family sensitivities so we can navigate your day with grace and intention. Your dream wedding film might look completely different from someone else's, and this is where we craft our approach specifically for you.
Meeting Your Planning Team
We'll also connect with your planner to understand the design vision you've been developing together. These vendor-to-vendor conversations ensure seamless execution—from practical details like power access to marquee moments that deserve special attention. Your planner's insights help us prepare for every eventuality while maintaining the artistic vision that drew you to our work.
Venue Visits
When possible, we visit your venue with you, your planner, or the venue coordinator. These relationships matter—everything flows more smoothly when vendors work as a unified team. If a venue visit isn't feasible, don't worry. Our experience documenting events at exclusive locations (including the White House) means we're expertly prepared to capture any space beautifully, even on first sight.
Payment & Timeline
We accept all standard payment methods and offer monthly payment plans to spread costs leading up to your wedding. Final payment is due one month before your wedding date. Your completed gallery and films are delivered within 14 business days of our return from your celebration.
